This movement would last for over 100 years until 1965 with the signing of the Civil Rights Act. One of these events stands out in particular to me and had he greatest impact in my life. Physically disciplining a child has a dramatic impact on both the child as well as the parent. As a child I remember that for any little misbehaver resulted in a physical punishment as well as getting yelled at, as time went by my mind was set that I already knew when the ââ¬Å"beatingâ⬠was going to come. This is saying that physical punishment should not be used on children of any age. â⬠Each perspective has its strengths and weaknesses, which brings difference to our understanding of the human behavior. In my situation am going to go with the behavioral perspective, as well as the psychodrama perspective. By looking at the physical punishment from a behaviorism perspective, conditioning by pain requires that the consequence always occurs immediately after every incident. The psychodrama perspective states that in childhood certain incidents may occur that produce behaviors in their adulthood. Many different conflicts throughout childhood development shape overall personality. Observational learning refers to learning that occurs as a function of observing, and placating behavior observed in which is particular during childhood. I later figured out that the way my mother and aunts were physically punishing me, resulted in the fact that they learned from my grandmother, they completely mimicked the way my grandmother punished them. As I grew older I began to express myself to them in a matter that I felt curious I began to question why would they always physically harm my cousins as well as myself, their excuse still remains the exact same in which they say â⬠That it is simply something they grew up seeing on a daily basisâ⬠. SST memories are not always accurate which can result in a blur, but do believe that it depends on how intense was the situation. There are many memories do vividly remember from my childhood but they are also plenty which donââ¬â¢t necessarily remember everything, at times will looking at certain photos and remember exactly what I did that particular day, so I do think that it all just depends on the importance of the situation. Although do in fact accurately remember many different situations in which was hit, many of which I now think back ND know that could have been easily solved with just a simple conversation. The Brand Neutrogena Essay Neutrogena Corporation, headquartered in Los Angeles, began its success story when, in 1930, founder, Emanuel Stolaroff, started a small specialty cosmetic company called Natone. In the early years, Natone was a supplier to Beauty salons usually associated with the glamour of the film industry. By the 1940ââ¬â¢s, Natone began manufacturing and distributing cosmetics for the retail market. In 1954 on a business trip to Europe, Stolaroff heard of an unusual soap developed by Dr. Edmond Fromont, a Belgian cosmetic chemist. Fromontââ¬â¢s patented formula produced an unusually mild, clear soap that rinsed quickly and easily from the skin, leaving essentially no soap residue. Eleven minutes after washing with this unique soap, the skin was able to return to its normal pH just one minute more than if it had been washed with only plain water! US-based pharmaceuticals company Johnson amp; Johnson launched Neutrogena in the Indian market on Sept 3, offering around 25 beauty items ranging from fairness creams, face cleansing lotions to sun protection and hand and body care products. Speaking about the endorsement, Prachi said: The arrival of Neutrogena in the Indian market is going to be a gift for thousands of consumers who have waited long for products that really work. The range is meant especially for the Indian skin type and the company has been testing the product for the past two years to suit Indian skins. We are bringing science to the art of beauty. For the past two years, we were understanding the needs of Indian customers because we wanted to give our consumers only the best, said Swami Raote, managing director Johnson amp; Johnson (Jamp;J), at a press conference. We are targeting mainly women living in metro cities. Therefore, our products will be available in major Indian cities and towns, he added. According to a survey, the skin care market in India is around $67 billion. This is because of the fact that women have become beauty conscious over the years. People want to look good and are concerned about fairness, ageing, blemishes in short they want to look beautiful. The Indian skin care market is still in a nascent stage because there was a time when women were very indifferent about the way they looked.
